Taking that minute,hour or just one day off is ok. Your body is like a laptop, if you keep using it for long periods and only charging it for small periods off time, it will overheat and worse.

As much as we all want her to take some rest, she herself might get stressed out after not being able to do what she loved to do. Aside from her responsibility guilt towards her students, i believe her students would get more motivated in studying after seeing how much their teacher cared about them. At least i hope so. Still, the school need to limit her teachings hour and give her a proper care if they decide to continue on letting her working this way.
