We toured China the year before Covid travelling by coach, 4 planes and three bullet trains as well as two river cruises. We didn't see this, but I can confirm everywhere we visited was spotlessly clean, street cleaner were out waiting for leaves to fall even! We even stayey in a hotel that at 6pm every evening the whole of the back of the building became a massive waterfall with musical fountains. We saw some incredible things, walked on the Great Wall, saw Pandas and the terractta army, rode the maglift train travelling at 435kph. Of course our tour guide only took us to the good parts, but what we saw was incredible.

I was there 4 weeks ago. It's fantastic. It's nice to see that attractive architecture still takes place. Next to it is the M50 art district. So you can combine the visit. Very nice clip.

I went there during the summer of 2023, and by then one of the two planned malls were open. The one that was open was eerily quiet. the top floor had many restaurants with workers but very few customers. Also this mall contrasts quite heavily to the neighborhood surrounding it. The architecture was cool, and I was surprised that not much about it was online.

I like this one better than the Pyramid one .....lots of plants,good security cameras ..this is a very pleasant design ...the trees look very well cared for .........what is that rust colored tower part of the building??? is that river safe from tidal floods ? its a very nice area ,I appreciate that grounds keeper ,making the walkways beautiful with his cleaning cart/one mans job can make a big difference ....nice to see a disabled lady getting around easily in a wheelchair too ...........................thank you

Mind boggling indeed. But: how do gardeners access those pods? I'm very much pro trees and shrubs, but how does having them in those isolated pods make it better? Fun to look at, but no interaction possible. Another thing: the interior has vast empty spaces, and the shops that are there seem to be mostly for show. With the obviously vast population all living nearby, you'd think the place would be full of shoppers, but what we see is just a few people here and there, and they're just looking around.
