Of course I don't know if gold can be rued like this and what is needed to do this? Because dollar will loose its status of global currency sooner or later while countries are selling treasury bonds which means that if some radical decision not taken US is in a big trouble. US can not print more money in these conditions and might default on debt. I don't know if I am right in my logic though. Defaulting on debt will destroy all the assets except some metals and probably BTC.

Yes you're right about USA can default on their loans (Debt)......many countries had enough of bullying of USA, and their threats to impose sanctions. Many countries especially BRICS COUNTRIES are strategically Dumping dollar and buying Gold instead, that's why value of Gold is increasing. And possibly they're planning for Economic crash of USA economy by being defaulted to pay interest on loans.
India is pulling back their 300 tons of Gold from BANK OF ENGLAND for the same reason...... perhaps their is a Biggest scam in Human History going on inside bank of England, because they collected the money from public for Gold bonds but they hadn't purchased and kept Gold in bank from international market and used that money to run economy.
Time ( waiting period ) to withdraw Gold from Bank of England volts has reached 1 month earlier it was 2 to 3 days.

I agree based on my limited knowledge of economics. US will not be able to print money since no one is going to buy US treasuries. This means liquidity issues which will affect everything including coin prices. It looks like their only option is to rue gold significantly.

Countries Without gold, to support their currencies, will suffer inflation etc until its true worth is reached...
I suspect, the US and UK has used gold derivatives to make multiple profits from the same underlying asset... and the US is now scrambling to back its currency, prior to a showdown with China...
